AFOQT Study Advice – November 2017

Not an app but the best advice I have is read and read a lot!!!  Anyone I’ve ever tested that’s crushed the verbal reads daily (fiction or non) just read!!!!

Magoosh is a great vocab app.

Quizlet app.  Afoqt study guides online search through google.  Library and check out afoqt study book.  All editions.  If math is not strong watch basic math videos on you tube.  Builds a strong baseline.

Quizlet should have any subject your trying to review.  For example I️ did some SAT/ACT vocab that helped.

Khan academy on subjects you aren’t sure on.

Trivium. Very closely mimics the test especially in the math portions.  It really helped me attain the extra edge.  I would knock the rust off with Barron’s, then go through Trivium very slowly to clear up the tricky spots.

Any GRE App.  Also if in android there is an app called AFOQT Study Guide costs 4.50 (I bought it long ago when it was called AFOQT Prep) has all the parts of the AFOQT and you can practice your time.

This is not an app but there’s also the nelnetsolutions.com dod library website.  Make an account under Air Force and you can take the AFOQT and ASVAB practice timed or un-timed.  Very helpful.
