Just a quick update here, nothing fancy. Life has been absolutely crazy. I was promoted to a new job and decided to go back to school to start pursuing my master’s degree. I was doing okay with keeping up with everything but it seems like busy is the new norm. Workload, opportunities, family/home life, school, kids, chaos, loss, home emergencies, vacation, stress, and recovery are all terms which describe the past year. Here is my plan this blog going forward.
- Catch up on the quick emails and blog comments that have been pending forever. Start organizing and cleaning up the email inbox and blog queue.
- Populate my task list for application reviews and post it to my application review page, then start working through them. http://airforcejourney.com/app-review/
- Turn off Facebook email notifications. For some reason I started getting about 40 emails from Facebook every day. Reconnect with my core group, the Air Force Journey Facebook Forum.
- Start posting some of my core content again on the blog such as the TFOT schedule that I saw was released a few weeks ago. Transition to officership posts such as stratifications, OPRs, officer professional military education, etc. I have learned a lot this year and you deserve to benefit from some of that knowledge.
If I owe you something or have let you down, my bad. I am dedicated to my service to you all but it appears I found my personal limit. Thank you all for your support! See you on the other side.
Josh
Does this mean that the CAD board is only available to currently enlisted, not civilians right now?

Yes I believe that’s what I remember reading back in March, but check with a recruiter to be sure. They have the latest most updated information. I know the CAD degrees are in high demand regardless of the accessioning method.
