Are CAD Boards open to both active duty and civilian applicants? I am a civilian planning to apply for 19OT02 by 24 Jan 19, but I recently learned about the CAD Board and wasn’t sure which one I should be shooting for. I am going for 62E, 63A, 17D or 13S. Is there a specific list of AFSC’s that apply for the FY19 CAD Boards?

It used to be for only civilians but they opened it up to both active duty and civilians. It used to be on a rolling basis but with this update I think they mean you can only submit with that specific board this year. The CAD AFSCs are in one of my other posts, I think my schedule post.
