Application Submission Window
Just some chatter from the forums that I thought may be useful for people later. The 18OT02 Active Duty application deadline is 19 Jan 18. Since active duty submit on SharePoint there is a point in time prior to the deadline where the SharePoint would open up and allow applications to be submitted. This used to be crucial knowledge when the board limit of 125 applicant limit existed, but since that is gone this is just for situational awareness. Either way it is useful to know how early it opens up because it will help you manage the time-line you use when you submit your paperwork through your chain of command for final signatures.
Log in and find this page for yourself for the most recent info! Here is a screenshot of the submission page. As long as you can get there, you should have everything you need to submit. Once it opens the link should go live and the prompts should be self-explanatory.

- 18OT02 SharePoint Opens: 29 Dec 17 (21 calendar days prior)
Again this is just an example and specific to this board. This will likely vary from board to board.
Application Rollover
Back when the 125 applicant limit was a thing applications would automatically rollover to the next board. That is no longer a thing:

Start in AF portal and look for a link that says submit your application or something. I think that takes you right there.

What time on 29 Dec 2017 does the link go live? Would it be midnight (CST)?

I just tried the link and I think it’s working now.

I was able to get the application profile completed but cannot attach items are you having similar issues, or did you discovera work around

I heard the same thing from someone else. They’ll probably fully open it up soon
